We are excited to take part in the restoration and adaptive reuse of the Gianandrea House, currently in progress. A World War II-era home, which will be restored to reflect the history of the town and lend an authentic aura to the Junction Center developed by Harmony Park. Picking up the house and moving it to its new location has been the most exciting part of this build. Second was building the new basement under the house with the new massive structural elements.

As the general contractor for the Gianandrea House project, we were entrusted with the careful relocation and full restoration of a mid-20th-century agricultural residence—originally located at 14919 Los Gatos Boulevard—into the heart of the North 40 development, now known as The Junction in Los Gatos.

While not a historically designated structure by town ordinance, the Gianandrea House carries deep cultural and familial significance. Our responsibility was to preserve that legacy while preparing the building for a new chapter as a mixed-use asset, integrating residential, retail, and office functions within a rapidly urbanizing environment.

This project represents more than a restoration—it’s a reintegration of Los Gatos’ agricultural past into its modern identity. We’re proud to have partnered with the Yuki family and the Town of Los Gatos to bring this symbol of community heritage into the next generation.
