We are excited to take part in the new TCHO Chocolate Factory & Cafe in Berkeley. A new space to create and share their refined products. Consisting of a new retail space, tour space/flavor lab and most importantly a new chocolate production facility.

At TCHO, this extensive renovation reimagines the relationship between industrial heritage and modern manufacturing and retail experiences. The project transforms multiple interconnected spaces—ranging from production floors and cold storage to retail and tour areas—into a highly functional, thoughtfully designed facility.

Public-facing spaces highlight our expertise in adaptive reuse, including the conversion of an existing bank vault into a production area, precision glazing for tour viewing, and custom millwork that complements the building’s character.
